Business Owners!

In September, Christopher & I began attending a class called Strollfit, which is part of Baby Boot Camp. We fell in love with the class! We loved meeting new moms, being outside, & I of course loved getting the workout! Strollfit is an hour long class involving mom, baby, stroller, & resistance equipment. Baby Boot Camp also offers the following classes: Strollga & 5K training. I also attended a Pilates mat class called Restore the Core. It is focused on restoring the core abdominal muscles that are strained during pregnancy. Restore the Core is part of the Karna Fitness Franchise. Karna Fitness are pre- & post- natal classes with out baby. Other classes offered are 10K Training, 1/2 Marathon Training, Karna Camp, & Nutrition Solutions. They are both are run by the same Corporate Headquarters. The previous owner approached me about purchasing the franchise from her. She has been running it for 7 years now! Her 3 children are no longer stroller aged & are in school. She is a former teacher & is returning to the classroom next year. After many months of prayer & discernment with the help of corporate & other franchise owners around the US, we decided I was being called to continue this amazing fitness business. I am so happy to be helping other moms reach fitness goals, stay healthy, & prevent The Baby Blues (70-80% of moms suffer post-partum). We had our annual Open House this morning & we had a fabulous turn out! We had so many businesses donate great door prizes: Fleet Feet, Via Veneto, Pigtails & CrewCuts, The Learning Express, Baby Signs, & Chocollage. We currently hold Strollfit Classes at City Park & the Mall of LA. We begin our next 8 week session of Restore the Core next week.
